Andrew’s career in sales began in 1998 at the age of 19 while working full-time and attending college at California State University at Northridge. Andrew’s love of real estate began with the purchase of his first home in 2003 which was inspired by a friend who had just bought and renovated a property in his hometown of Simi Valley, California. Six months later, Andrew bought a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom “fixer” in Moorpark, California for $225,000; $10K over the asking price. As soon as escrow closed, Andrew immediately tore out all the old flooring, installed new porcelain tile, refinished the kitchen cabinets, installed new countertops, hardware, lighting, paint and appliances.
In 2004, Andrew bought his first investment property in Las Vegas, a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium near the South Point hotel & casino. Around the same time, Andrew graduated from CSUN with a bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Finance. Still working full-time in sales and not sure what career path to take, Andrew noticed one of his coworkers had a real estate license and was doing real estate on his “off days.” Liking the idea of doing sales and real estate on the side, Andrew began studying for the exam. In October of 2005, Andrew passed the real estate exam, sold his Moorpark condominium for $100,000 profit (after all renovation expenses), and went into real estate full-time.
Since 2003, Andrew has bought, sold, refinanced and leased several properties throughout southern California, Arizona and Nevada, and he is especially proud of the countless number of clients he has helped over the years. During the financial crisis, Andrew became well-versed in short sale transactions and successfully saved two dozen families from foreclosure. Looking for ways to increase his earnings potential, in 2010, Andrew took and passed the broker’s exam.
Andrew is the Founder and President of Right Here Realty, Inc., a small, but growing, real estate brokerage servicing clients in the Los Angeles and Las Vegas markets. Andrew manages a team of agents and holds a broker’s license in New York, Florida and Nevada in addition to California. Andrew is also the Founder & President of Right Here Mortgage, Inc., a loan origination and processing company providing clients with all types of loan options for their residential and commercial needs.
Andrew enjoys customer interaction and his personal interests include health, exercise and outdoor activities. Whenever Andrew is not conducting business, you will find him at the gym or at his favorite local beach in the summer, Zuma beach.
